Resumo:   A Dupla Diplomação trata-se de um acordo firmado entre a algumas instituições brasileiras e o IPB (Portugal), no qual o aluno tem a possibilidade de estudar na Europa durante um ano, ao fim do intercâmbio o estudante recebe o grau de Mestre em Portugal e Bacharelado / Licenciatura no Brasil. NanoStim é um projeto português com parceria internacional que visa reduzir a pressão sobre os serviços de saúde através do desenvolvimento de um tratamento de reabilitação remota. O objetivo é construir um sistema de biofeedback vestível para realizar funções de aquisição e estimulação simultaneamente. A solução pode reconhecer o movimento realizado e aplicar a estimulação em uma fase específica, melhorando o conforto do paciente. Além disso, foi implementado um sistema de monitoramento da fadiga muscular durante a sessão de tratamento. Com isso, é possível aumentar ou diminuir a intensidade do tratamento de acordo com o cansaço do paciente. Nos próximos meses, será realizado um estudo sobre a usabilidade das tecnologias desenvolvidas.

Leonardo Sestrem is MSc Industrial Engineer committed to deliver projects with a high degree of complexity and dedication, always aiming to find a creative and extremely effective solution for the project. I possess a strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team, as well as I am always eager to learn about new technologies and techniques to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements, with a focus on wireless communication, network security and embedded systems.

Tiago Sanches Franco obtained the title of Bachelor in Computer Science from the Federal Technological University - Paraná (UTFPR) in Brazil from 2015 to 2019. During his graduation, he participated in the double degree agreement between UTFPR and the Polytechnic Institute of Bragança (IPB). With this agreement, he received the title of Master in Information Systems by IPB in 2019, studying large educational datasets for predicting school dropout. Later, he started working at the Center for Research in Digitization and Intelligent Robotics (CeDRI), continuing his studies in the Cognita Project. This project was completed at the end of 2020, having delivered a Big Data Analytics platform capable of monitoring and predicting students at risk of dropping out and a set of metrics related to education for the IPB.
